Shipping methods and costs
4 Seasons Coffee is committed to freshness. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order.
We use standard ground UPS shipping. You can also request UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd day Air and international by calling us at 800-442-2315. We never charge more for shipping than our cost for the service. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO or FPO addresses so if you require shipment to a PO Box or military APO or FPO address, you can call our toll free number 800-442-2315 to place your order and it will be sent US Priority mail based on the weight of the package.

Return Policy
If any 4 Seasons product fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product, including shipping. 4 Seasons strives to provide excellent Customer Service, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you're satisfied.
Should you feel the need to return an item because you changed your mind, please contact Customer Service first and we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you. Please do not return coffee, tea or food items. You can contact our Customer Service office at 800-442-2315 (Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4pm PT), or send us an email. Your credit card will be credited for the price of the merchandise excluding shipping cost. Full credit will be issued for authorized returned merchandise within 20 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns and authorized returns received after 20 days. Merchandise returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Your credit card will be credited once we have received and processed your return. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers’ record. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
